Most people use karma as a cosmic justice system — the universe balancing the books. That's not what the Bhagavad Gita teaches.

The Gita's karma has three layers: Sanchita (accumulated across lifetimes), Prarabdha (ripening now — the circumstances you were born into), and Kriyamana (what you're building right now, today, in every choice you make).

Most people obsess about the first two. The Gita points to the third — the karma that is entirely yours, built in real time.

Yogah karmasu kausalam (BG 2:50): "Excellence in action is yoga." Not getting the outcome right. The action itself. When you act from your full capacity without your self-worth riding on the result — that's karma yoga. That's nishkama karma.
